McQ Scaffolding Inspections Ltd specialises in the inspection of scaffolding, which is a legal requirement under the Working at Height Regulations 2005. All scaffolds providing access to work at height require inspection at regular intervals of no more than 7 days, after any major adaption, alteration or severe weather. It is the contractor’s responsibility to organise and inspect scaffolding every 7 days, and to complete a scaffold register (to be kept onsite).
We offer you a comprehensive inspection service to include:
A) Initial inspection and handing-over certificate (free of charge)
B) 7 day inspections thereafter (chargeable) to include the following:
Our inspectors hold CISRS Advanced Scaffolder and Advanced Scaffold Inspection certification. Should you require any further information, or if you would like a quotation for these services, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
Our custom-built access scaffolds give you a safe and effective platform to work from. Clients can rely on us to find the best access solutions to usually hard-to-reach areas.
When a chimney needs repairing, our scaffolding contractors will provide you with secure access to the roof. Chimney scaffolding allows repairs to be carried out quickly and safety.
We offer practical scaffolding solutions when façade access is required for an installation, renovation, refurbishment or for maintenance. Hanging and narrow scaffolding is often used for façade access.
Are you looking for custom scaffolding for domestic or commercial guttering work? We supply and erect scaffolding specifically designed for fascia, soffit or gutter replacements, repairs and cleaning.
Support scaffolding consists of one or more platforms supported by some form of rigid supports, such as outrigger beams, brackets, poles, legs, uprights, posts and frames, which are linked to the ground for stability.
Interior and exterior scaffolding towers offer more stability than ladders when working at height. They will comfortably fit a worker or workers and any required tools and materials.
Roof Scaffolds & Ladders
Our scaffolding contractors deliver roof ladders and erect roof scaffolding for safe roof access. The most efficient way to carry out roofing work is with scaffolding or a ladder.
If you need frequent access to high areas where space is limited, scaffold stairs and staircase systems are ideal. Our scaffolding companies’ stairs can be integrated into main scaffolds.
By having a rubbish chute fitted to your scaffolding, waste can be removed from various levels of the building or construction site quickly, safely and easily.
For anyone working at height, edge protection systems including weights and frames are essential, in order to provide fall protection for both operatives and materials.
We fit handrails following Working at Height rules; top guardrails are fitted at a minimum of 950mm above working platforms and gaps between rails are never more than 470mm.
We are one of the few scaffolding companies in the country to supply and install safety netting, along with other safety equipment such as hoists.
Our scaffolding contractors will keep your scaffolding well-maintained through regular inspection. Scaffolding should be inspected every seven days until it is dismantled.
Remember, we have a large area coverage and operate in counties throughout the South East as well as in the mentioned Bromley, Crawley, Dartford and Tunbridge Wells areas.
At McQ Scaffolding Ltd, our scaffolding contractors are on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all your emergencies. Unlike scaffolding companies with restricted operating hours, we can take calls any time of the day or night. Contact us on 07834 241 185 for:
